Wire Rope Slings

Wire rope slings are durable, have a high heat tolerance and are fairly affordable considering their lifting capacity. They do kink more than any other sling type but don’t cut easily and not affected by ultraviolet as is sometimes the case with fabric slings. So if you can avoid sharp corners or use softeners wire rope slings can give the user years of service. They are often made into multi-leg bridles with a top master link. Single leg wire rope slings will rotate if only one end is fixed, Alloy chain or fabric slings would be a better choice if rotation is a concern. This is not an issue on two or more legs.
