The MKB is a hot dipped galvanized very heavy duty ductile iron anchor. This anchor is meant for very poor soils and not for normal soils as it would be near impossible to drive the anchor.
A 90# class pavement breaker/jack hammer is recommended for installation.
The big unknown when installing earth anchors is the holding capacity of the soils. The LL-1 Load locker not only sets the anchor but also tests the anchor at the same time to give you a confirmed load capability.
