The famous Duckbill 88 anchors are toggle bolts for the earth. Just slide the drive rod into place and pound the anchor into the ground to the end of the cable.  Extract the rod and using a load locker, Handyman Jack or come-a-long pull up on the cable, which flips the anchor down deep and it sets in undisturbed soil giving you 3,000 lbs of holding capacity in normal conditions.
