This heavy duty #88 Duckbill Hand Drive rod is great for driving anchors in normal or soft soils. It is designed to be hammered with a large head for easy striking. They spread the load out so as not to blow through the bottom of the anchor when hammering. Pull out when the cable eye is just out of the ground, slide the rod through the and pull up to set the anchor. For hard soils especially in larger quantities, we recommend using an electric jack hammer with the power drive rod.  This is an inserted text
