The MR-68 Ductile Iron Anchor is a slightly heavier version of the 68DBD Ductile Iron Duckbill, both are hot dipped galvanized heavy duty anchor that can be driven with much more force than the Aluminum version (68DB1)
A 30# class or larger pavement breaker/jack hammer is recommended for a large installation, a hand drive rod and sledge hammer will work for a small quantity.
The big unknown when installing earth anchors is the holding capacity of the soils. The LL-1 or LL-2 Load locker not only sets the anchor but also tests the anchor at the same time to give you a confirmed load capability.
