Excel Grade 10 Alloy Swivels,are made in France to stringent European standards. They are quenched and tempered and equipped with two sets of needle thrust roller bearings and will rotate while under load. Many basics swivels will only rotate with the load on the ground. With large eyes top and bottom, these can be used on wire rope, flat web or round slings as well.
